Founded in 2013, Senroc Technologies was conceived on a restaurant napkin over drinks between friends. After reaching out to contacts in their circles, they realized small businesses were dealing with two major pain points with their IT departments: IT people tend to talk over people’s heads (tech talk) and they can be difficult to manage because most business owners know very little about technology. Though honorable problems to solve, the philosophy evolved over the years into “relationships over transactions” and the idea that for small businesses to succeed in this increasingly digital world they need to have a strong connection with their technology partner.
