Healthcare IT, Fully Managed or Alongside Your Team

Senroc Technologies keeps clinical and healthcare IT systems functional, secure enough to hold up under an audit, and supported by people who actually pick up the phone. We do all three—as your entire IT department, or as reinforcement for the team you already have.

Every environment Senroc builds follows the CIS Critical Security Controls —a published framework of 18 controls and 153 specific safeguards—tuned to the HIPAA Security Rule using published CIS mappings. When we tell you where your security stands, we can show you the documentation.

What Senroc includes

  • Helpdesk and on-site support across every location, with real ticketing and documented escalation
  • Endpoint protection and management for workstations, laptops, servers, tablets, and phones
  • Network, firewall, and segmentation—including isolation for clinical devices and legacy equipment that can’t be patched without voiding FDA clearance or a service agreement
  • Backups that Senroc test-restores, not simply monitors for job success
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud administration configured for a regulated environment
  • Security awareness training and phishing simulation, reported by user and location
  • EHR and clinical software escalation—Senroc owns the infrastructure it runs on and the call with your software vendors; clinical configuration inside the application stays with your team
  • Compliance documentation that stays current: asset inventory, network maps, access records, incident response, and recovery plans
  • Quarterly business reviews with a roadmap, budget view, and a clear answer about what needs attention next

The standard Senroc builds to

Most IT providers describe their security approach with phrases like “layered defense” and “best practices.” Neither is something you can hold anyone to.

Senroc builds every client environment to the CIS Critical Security Controls and tunes that work to the HIPAA Security Rule using published CIS mappings. This gives you a defined standard and a documented gap list.

It also scales honestly: CIS defines a smaller safeguard tier specifically for organizations with limited IT resources, so a three-provider practice is not sold a program designed for a hospital system.

Senroc will also tell you plainly which HIPAA responsibilities a security framework does not cover—your risk analysis, business associate agreements, physical safeguards, and breach-notification procedures. Those obligations matter, and they should be mapped at the start.

Who Senroc works with

  • Independent medical, dental, behavioral-health, chiropractic, and specialty practices
  • Multi-location groups and DSO-style networks
  • Organizations with internal IT teams that need a clear co-managed model
  • Imaging centers, labs, surgery centers, therapy practices, and home-health organizations with specialized equipment

Common questions about working with Senroc

How Senroc starts

Days 1–15: Understand the environment

Senroc inventories and documents everything before changing anything: devices, servers, network segments, cloud tenants, and access. You receive a written findings list ranked by risk. You will know by day 15 whether we understand your environment—that is the earliest you can judge Senroc on something other than a sales conversation.

Days 16–45: Build the plan

Senroc agrees on a remediation plan, scope, and pricing before work starts. Work is sequenced around your clinical calendar while we deploy protection, standardize configurations, test backups, and build documentation.
Days 46–90: Operate with clarity
You move into service with defined levels of support, a completed first training cycle, and an SOP library. At day 90, Senroc reviews what moved, what remains open, and what the next year should look like.

Let’s look at what you’ve actually got

Whether you are standing up IT for a new location, working through assessment findings, or replacing a provider who stopped keeping pace, the useful first conversation with Senroc is about what is in your environment right now.
